About Murphy's Station

Mike Murphy restored his first car, a 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air, before he turned sixteen. His love of cars evolved from a teenage hobby into a career in auto body collision repair. Mike originally opened Murphy’s Station Paint & Body Works in 1984 in his daddy’s old red barn next door to the present-day facility. Mike quickly outgrew the one-room facility and built a larger shop in 1986. Murphy's Station has continued to improve with the additions of a cross-draft paint booth, frame machine, vehicle lift, computerized estimating systems, and wreckers. For over 42 years, Mike and his staff have worked to ensure your vehicle is returned to you in pre-accident condition.
